TROY TO UPGRADE ITS QUALITY CERTIFICATES
09 December 2016 - Doha, QATAR | In 2013, Troy received the ISO 9001:2008 certification in Quality Management. To date, we are proud to announce that we have successfully renewed our certification as per the new ISO standards (9001:2015).
The certification confirms that Troy has met the requirements of the ISO standard for its Quality Management System across its operations including a strong customer focus, the motivation and implication of top management, the process approach and continual improvement.
“The ISO certification is recognition of the efforts of the entire team and we see it as one more step in ensuring that all of our services are administered with the highest standards” said Ullattil Achu, General Manager of Troy.
Troy’s certification process was carried out in partnership with Jas-Anz’s Quality Assurance. Interviews were carried out with management and employees, and procedures were reviewed across all functional areas, including operations, training and development, customer complaint handling, finance and billing.
